Catherine Claffy-Green has over 24 years of career experience in the technical consulting realm within Fortune 100 organizations, start-ups as well as partnerships in three of her own businesses. Catherine has a breadth of knowledge inclusive of business financials, software development, project management, sales and marketing, and client-relations.

Having careers across the U.S. from Chicago to San Francisco to Boston to Manhattan and currently Atlanta, Catherine has a vast understanding of the geographic and cultural complexities a project and team may come up upon. Catherine is a world traveler, skydiver/coach, columnist and master scuba diver.

Current projects consuming her interests and energies are bridging the gap between emerging business’ size and budget versus the high dollar technological edge gained by big budgets and vast employee pools. Emerging businesses deserve to be afforded the same technologies as big business and with the same support model.

Ron Green has served several roles with specific focus on acting as the interface between business leaders and IT organizations. His technical experience includes leading technology teams for organizations such as HayGroup, Georgia Pacific and XcelleNet. Additionally Ron has had the fortunate opportunity to participate in the design and construction of several datacenters and call center organizations including a national call center organization consisting of 12 call centers located regionally. 

With a background in high-availability and zero down-time systems, Ron Green spent 8 years on Wall Street serving as Director of Microsoft Technologies for the MarketNet Group, Inc. MarketNet provides Technical Services & Support Services for the major financial firms such as ING Barings, Smith Barney, Goldman Sachs & JP Morgan Chase. Ron served as technical leader for many migrations of trader desktops from Unix to Microsoft Windows while designing and building the core infrastructures to support it.

An avid skydiving instructor and aviation enthusiast, after taking several years off to skydive full-time, Ron entered back into the technology arena leading the Technical Services organization for RSM McGladrey Employer Services, an HR Block company. Ron and his team built a fully-redundant infrastructure and a zero down-time payroll platform that supported over 1500 organizations and processed continually 24x7x365. Ron and his team achieved and 99.9% uptime during this venture and continually expanded the infrastructure to accommodate the constantly changing business dynamics.

Today Ron’s focus is assisting emerging organizations understand the key to building a scalable and sound technology foundation to support constant business growth. As a Business Continuity expert, Ron is assisting organizations build the fundamentals and prepare for the future’s unforeseeable circumstances. Ron utilizes his in-depth experience to build Support Solutions tailored to each organization’s needs.
